Role: Technical IT Manager Location: Solihull Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 DOE A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Technical IT Manager to join a leading organisation based in Solihull. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who has come from a technical background looking to go down the IT managment route. Responsibilities: Technical IT Manager Develop project plans Service delivery to many customers Budget control Monitor project metrics, deliverables and outputs and prioritise multiple business critical issues Scope management Extensive experience managing multiple and significant infrastructure & application projects Strong stakeholder management and communication skills Strong experience managing 3rd party suppliers in an outsourced environment Experience of implementing projects in a managed services environment and an awareness of the business and technical issues associated with a managed service environment The ability to balance technical infrastructure requirements with the strategic direction and needs of the business Experience in supporting and managing technologies for cloud and VM environment, Windows server, WAN and internet connectivity, wireless and telephone systems.
