A customer focused and leading building services company who aim to provide the highest level of maintenance services and are looking for a Mechanical Shift Engineer to be based on a static site in Central London. To successful candidate will work on a shift pattern of 4 days on and 4 days off, working from 8 until 8. Requirements Time served mechanical engineer with a maintenance background. Experienced fault finding skills in LTHW heating systems, Air Compressors, Gas Fired Boilers, Steam Boilers, Water Treatment, Cooling Towers, etc L8 ACOP Legionella Awareness Good team member with excellent communications skills with all levels of the workforce The ability to work within a customer focused environment where brand image is very important Sound knowledge of understanding and developing safety documentation to ensure Servest / site safety procedures are followed at all times Customer Liaison skills COSHH Awareness The ideal person will have mechanical maintenance and shift work experience.
