Overview

Your experience working within an operational Human Resources role would prove a vital asset to my client. You will be responsible for operating as a part of the Human Resources Team and reporting into the Regional HR Business Partner Europe, you will be responsible for the execution of operational HR processes and country specific HR support for the UK. Our Client are looking for a HR Operations Specialist to join them on a 6 Months Fixed term basis, Responsibilities will include: Support the Regional HR Business Partner Europe with respect to operational HR matters in the UK, ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations Support the execution of 'from hire to retire' HR processes Manage the administrative life-cycle of employees from onboarding to offboarding in collaboration with the HR Service Centre Work closely with the Global Compensation & Benefits Lead, provide country level support in the implementation and administration of compensation processes, administer and communicate Employee Benefits Lead monthly payroll preparation and coordination with internal and external stakeholders, and with external service provider Prepare and maintain Work Rules & Regulations, ensure effective communications to employees and stakeholders Maintain HR data and personnel files, perform analytics, prepare reports as required Act as a trusted advisor to employees on questions related to their employment - insurances, work permits, payroll, benefits etc Participate in regional or global HR initiatives as required About you: You will have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Economics, Law or related discipline You will have Strong years HR Operations experience working within commercial organisations Strong knowledge of the UK employment legislation Excellent MS Office skills and proficiency with HR Information Systems Apply through the link ASAP This role will not be available long.
