Overview
Director of Data London £140,000 Shares THE COMPANY Harnham are working a very exciting start-up in the energy space who have recently launched a market-disrupting product. They are now in the process of building a new data & analytics capability from the ground-up and looking to hire a Data Director to lead the way in improving their product and generating some valuable insights. Your role will entail: Setting the vision and company direction for data & analytics Building a market-leading product in the energy space Building a team of data specialists, from Product Analysts/Managers, to Data Engineers, Data Scientists, and analysts. Working closely with C-Level and the CEO to advise on company strategy and direction Taking the lead on a number of key long-term and short-term strategic analytics projects. Data & analytics serves to sit at the heart of this organisation and so this is a pivotal role for the company and their ambitious growth plans for the next 5-10 years. YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE You must have: Leadership: a demonstrated experience in leading high-performing data & analytics teams and functions Commercial: experience building and delivering successful data products Technical: a wide exposure across data, analytics & insights, product, engineering and science Cultural: a curious nature and a passion for solving big problems with data HOW TO APPLY Please register your interest by sending your CV via the Apply link on this page.
