Overview
Conrad Finance are pleased to be supporting an award-winning Consultancy who due to continued growth are now looking to recruit a dedicated Senior Administrator to take responsibility for the smooth running of their successful Birmingham office. The successful candidate will have previous all round office administration or Senior Administration experience, be comfortable and confident working on their own initiative and making decisions whilst possessing excellent interpersonal and presentation skills. This full-time role will include providing support to all levels of staff including a full range of administration duties including: Day to day running of the office and facilities Reporting and supporting all senior management with a variety of administration duties Be first point of contact for clients and visitors Deal with all office administration including emails, typing letters and correspondence, meeting minutes and events Take the lead with office Marketing as required Liaise and co-ordinate all administration duties across different offices with HR and other senior staff Assist with office growth The successful candidate will be required to have: Detailed knowledge of all Microsoft Office products Previous Senior Administration or Office Management experience Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills A positive and can-do attitude For more information on this exciting opportunity please contact Stuart Allsopp at Conrad Finance with an up to date CV
