A permanent Payroll Specialist opportunity based in Uxbridge. This will be working for a global manufacturing company. Client Details A global manufacturing company based in Uxbridge. Description The permanent Payroll Specialist position based in Uxbridge will involve the following responsibilities: Ensuring all employee payroll processing is in compliance with federal and state laws Responsible for the payment of hourly, weekly or monthly paid staff Collating information relating to the payment of individuals - hours worked (timesheets), bonuses, commissions, adjustments of salary etc Input of the data onto computer software Arranging for cheques/direct debits/cash to be made payable to employees Making payments to Inland Revenue for NI and Tax Reconciliation of salaries to tax deductions from employees Processing starter and leaver details and bank details Profile The successful candidate for this permanent Payroll Specialist opportunity, will need to have the following skills: Prior Payroll knowledge essential Able to work independently Excellent communication skills Ability to plan and prioritise Responsible and dependable Strong attention to detail Good Excel skills Job Offer Opportunity to work in a global organisation with career growth possibilities.
