Overview

Our client are a leading services company based in Exhall, and due to expansion require a Customer Service Manager to join & lead their team. The role will involve managing 7 administrators and your role on a day to day basis will be to ensure that targets are achieved and that the correct processes are put in place. You will also be required to be hands on within the organisation, as well as working alongside the two other Heads of Department within the company. To be successful in this role you need to have excellent management skills and be able to coach the team to develop strong teamwork skills. Ideally you will have managed a customer service team, although if you have been a team leader before and want the opportunity to manage your own team they would be interested in talking to you. They are looking at offering a basic salary of between £30,000 - £35,000, plus an additional bonus scheme & excellent benefits.
