HR Business Analyst / Process Lead 12 Months FTC £65,000 - £70,000 per annum Guildford - Flexible working Investigo are pleased to be supporting a global organisation with their search for an HR Process Lead. This opportunity will offer autonomy to deliver various change activities, including the documentation of 'as-is' processes. This role requires someone naturally inquisitive. Someone who can draw requirements from senior stakeholders. You will be working with various business streams including Human Resources and IT, who are currently going through significant periods of transformation. Duties and responsibilities: Implement HR process optimisation and implementation. Working with SME's to discover business needs and requirements post transformation Support with the integration of new HR Processes in to the operational BAU teams Process analysis of the HRIS transformation programme workstreams Process impact analysis Work on process design For more information, please contact Harrison on: harrison.
