Overview
HRIS Manager 12 Months FTC £55,000 - £60,000 per annum Guildford - Flexible working Investigo are pleased to be supporting a global organisation with their search for an HRIS Manager. This opportunity will offer autonomy to deliver various SME system activities, including extensive information gathering and best practice reporting. Ideally, you will have an extensive operational HR background but more recently focused on HRIS systems. You will be working with various business streams including Human Resources and IT, who are currently going through significant periods of transformation. Duties and responsibilities: Utilise reporting tools available to support organisation's reporting requirements. Drive HR system upgrades Act as an escalation point Develop continuous improvement of HR systems including process automation. Execute system analysis, including design review, UAT testing Resolving system issues, mitigating process flaws Gain an understanding of processes, translating them into system requirements Develop system capabilities off the back of your process information gathering For more information, please contact Harrison on: harrison.
