SENIOR CARE ASSISTANT OR CARE TEAM LEADER DAYS About the role: Working for a beautiful, friendly and homely medium sized residential Dementia Care Home in Alton. Required to cover the day shifts, you will ideally already have your NVQ level 3 in Health & Social Care, plus experience of leading a team of care assistants, and also leading shifts.
