Business Analyst - Leeds - £23k benefits Our client is an extremely well established and successful company operating primarily within the automotive industry; due to their continued success they are expanding their team and recruiting for a Business Analyst across the International sales territories. Main Duties: Budget preparation, analysis & reporting, target tracking, sales forecasting, International price structures and quotation support. Coordination of the sales budget including the annual budget preparation and monthly reporting and analysis of performance against budget. Connecting with the International sales teams to support sales target tracking and reporting to ensure focus remains on delivering the budget. To include the coordination of the monthly and weekly sales forecast input from the sales network. Working closely with the International sales teams to collate customer sales out data and deliver weekly analysis and reporting. Ownership and maintenance of the International Price lists to deliver robust pricing integrity across all product portfolios and ensure all departments have access to the latest price files. This will include a close connection to the UK price structure to ensure alignment is maintained. Communication of price files at all levels across the International teams on a product, range and category basis. Contact point for pricing queries and support for the International Sales and Marketing teams. Coordination of International customer trading agreements including support for financial claims and agreements. International sales support for quotations on major customer projects and tenders. Ensure forecasts are communicated effectively to the business. Analysis and dashboard reporting on product forecast. Analytical preparation for key customer visits and follow up of key actions. Creation of monthly management and board report data. The ideal candidate should possess the following skills: Excellent communication and people handling skills (internal and external). Team player who possesses excellent influencing skills yet exercises tact and diplomacy in dealings with people throughout the organisation. Presentation skills on a personal & one to one level. Highly numerate with a solid commercial acumen. High level of understating with MS Office Word / Excel / Power Point) High level of organisational skill in regard to planning, preparation, execution and follow up. Ability to operate in a fast paced ever-changing high-pressure environment whilst having the capability to maintain the highest level of accuracy.
