Self-employed Mortgage Adviser - Work from home A fantastic opportunity for a Mortgage and Protection Advisor to join an independent, forward-thinking brokerage, an appointed representative of Tenet Group. The opportunity is open to anyone in the UK who would like to work from home. The company pride themselves on putting the customer at the forefront of their business and specialising in complex, difficult cases to help clients achieve their goals. You'll enjoy a very generous payment structure with 80% in your favour, compliance support, PII and licence fees paid for you. It’s preferable that you have at least a small bank of existing clients you can bring with to the business as a foundation on which to build your base further. You’ll receive help with research and sourcing for any challenging cases and will receive support with training and CPD as well as the support of Tenet, one of the UK’s largest financial advice support networks. Key Responsibilities Provide on-going advice to clients through developing your network Identify new opportunities with existing clients, whilst searching for new clients Pro-actively maximise the potential of every lead while providing suitable advice for clients Ensure compliance and adherence to relevant legislation at all times Personal Specification Advisers must be personable, easy to work with and share the company ethos of treating customers fairly and offering an excellent service at all times. You must have full CeMAP (or equivalent) and have held competent adviser status (CAS) at least within the last three years. Ideally you’ll have mortgage brokerage experience and be looking for a self-employed role where you are in control of your schedule with support running your own operation.
