Senior Surveyor position with an established team managing a range of sizeable commercial property portfolios with a leading Consultancy firm. Client Details A leading Global Commercial Real Estate Services firm with a diverse client portfolio. High performer in all Property functions. Description Work collectively to provide commercial property portfolio management services Client engagements Service charges Rent reviews Profile Candidate must be confident with client engagements. Due to the client facing element to the role, the candidate must be sociable, confident, and engaging. Given the size and reputation of the employer, candidates will work on a range of property portfolios with the Commercial property arena and will be exposed to a wide variety of responsibilities so should demonstrate adaptability and a willingness to learn.
