You must have excellent communication skills both verbally and written, with the ability to build and develop relationships. Contracts & Compliance Manager role: Maintain, send and review annually, contracts and contractor welcome packs. Create contractor documentation. Strong knowledge of IR35. Building internal relationships. Database/CRM Ownership. Escalation Management. Data entry. The ideal Contracts & Compliance Manager will have: Higher education. Excellent relationship skills. First-class verbal & written skills. Time management experience. Database/CRM experience. Confident under pressure. Understanding European payroll compliance.
