Great opportunity to work with a rapidly growing Specialist company. Key hire and urgent: Must have expertise in the Banking domain (Retail Banking and Mortgages) You will have managed large migrations in complex business environments without impacting business continuity Proven analytical and problem solving skills. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Be capable of bridging the gap between diverse streams of development and testing across large program and facilitate successful delivery of the program objectives You will have direct involvement in all activities such as Planning, Design, Reporting, Management and Execution Should be proficient in managing the program testing approach and getting the development groups to work together with the testers Must be able to define program level processes such as: Release Management, Configuration Management, Change Management and Risk & Issue Management Previous experience in UK payments
