Overview
Technical Support Engineer required in south Manchester for a software company. The company creates solutions for leading UK companies including FTSE 100 companies. The company has a number of products to improve the customer experience for customers of UK companies. The role: As a Technical Support Engineer, you will be reporting to the Technical Support Lead and will be responsible for providing excellent technical and customer service to clients and colleagues of this software company. As the initial point of contact within the company for existing customer base you will need to represent the business, giving clients complete confidence in the product and abilities. Receive enquiries, investigate and resolve whilst ensuring that all standards expected. This role will include all the other normal Technical Support Engineer duties.
