An excellent role on offer for an Engineering Manager looking to work for a global leading specialist manufacturing company, where you will enjoy a varied role whilst be instrumental in the development and success of their busy department. Have you got experience of managing engineers or technicians? Are you looking for a role where you will required to manage change and create an improvement culture? This award winning manufacturer operate in the FMCG industry where they supply food solutions to the retail and food service sectors. They are continually expanding their business and increasing their production output, by introducing brand new equipment and improving existing processes. They are now looking for an Engineering Manager who will be instrumental in the continued growth of the company. In this role you will take full ownership of a fully automated facility and you will manage a team of engineers and technicians. Within the team is a mix of abilities with varied length of service therefore you will be required to create an improvement culture and have strong leadership skills to create an effective, high performing maintenance team. This would therefore ideally suit an Engineering Manager with strong people management skills who is looking to join a world class business where you will be instrumental for the success of the department.
