Overview
Engineering Supervisor Telford Permanent Circa £27,000 per annum Monday – Friday (40 hrs per week) We are currently working with a global presence company that is well-established in the Telford area. They are currently recruiting for a strong managerial candidate to join their engineering team to manage the electrical and mechanical engineers. This is a very hands-on role for a candidate with a background in fitting roles, who can support and drive the team forward. The company offer a fantastic opportunity to work in an environment that are always striving for continuous improvement. The Engineering Supervisor will be responsible for: Managing a team of mechanical and electrical engineers Delivering support and training to your team where necessary Actively working alongside the team to assist with manufacturing Project management Installing equipment on-site at customers Planning work schedule for the team Championing continuous improvement Skills and Experience Previous experience in a managing/ supervising role Working knowledge and hands-on experience with electrical and mechanical fitting Must have worked in a manufacturing environment Continuous improvement mindset Hold a passport and have the ability to travel The application process: We will carefully consider your details and advise you if we're able to progress with your application within 72 working hours .
