Overview

A small group of companies is looking for an experienced bookeeper and office manager to join is small, yet dynamicteam, for two days per week. The successful candidate would have at least 5 years bookkeeping experience, with at least 2 years ideally within an Accountancy practice. They should be able to manage multiple tasks at the same time, and be proficient with Microsoft Office, Xero and Sage software packages. The day to day role will include: - Posting purchase invoices and expenses - Maintaining a the purchase and sales ledger - VAT Returns - Bank Reconciliations - Payroll and pension processing - Management accounting and assistance with budgets and cashflow - Ad hoc business and office support
