The main responsibilities of this Accounts Payable Manager role include: Management of the purchase ledger function for the organisation, including ensuring that all payments are recorded in an accurate and timely manner and that they adhere to all contractual payment and compliance terms. Be at the forefront of producing new ideas related to improving the efficiency of the team's current accounting processes and monitor the organisations software to optimise functionality. Full supervision of the purchase ledger team, including workflow management and review, providing training and support and giving them the opportunity to reach their full potential. Manage the weekly payment run process and produce performance related reports to the line manager upon request.
