Office Administrator - RETAIL STORE - Liverpool Immediate vacancy and interviews 40hrs per week - salary circa £18k pa Monday to Friday 09.30am to 18.00pm WE WANT PERSONALITY - ATTITUDE - SPRIT - AND AMBITION On behalf of Our Client based near BOOTLE in Liverpool The role is a genuine admin support role to assist the Retail Manager The role will involve accurate and speedy data inputting - accurate logging of information - accurate paperwork management - updating databases - general administration duties to cover all office based aspects Telephone inbound and outbound is very important Experience in a retail environment would be a distinct advantage You will have at least 2 years office administration experience - with an exposure to deadlines/pressure/accurate data entry As a result of continued success and planned growth we are currently seeking an experienced Administrator to complement our retail sales team. Reporting to the retail manager the successful candidate will be responsible for ALL store administration. Candidates will have a good standard of education, be computer literate and familiar with Microsoft Office products. In addition as well as having an excellent eye for detail and being well organised candidates must also be comfortable interpreting and evaluating data and information from various sources. To be considered for this role you must be an excellent communicator and administrator, able to demonstrate success working autonomously, managing and prioritising own workflow, with high volume and to tight deadlines, to enable timely achievement of business objectives. You must also be a team player with a flexible can do approach.
