Overview
Corporate Tax Manager A leading top 20 practice is looking for a Corporate Tax Manager to join their London office. As Corporate Tax Manager, your role will be 80% advisory focused and 20 % compliance and you will work closely with partners to provide advice on a range of tax issues. Responsibilities may include (but not limited to): Advising on Corporation Tax reliefs (e.g R&D) High-level reviews of computations Advising on international tax matters, such as Transfer Pricing, De-Mergers and Acquisitions The successful individual will be confident in a client-facing role, as well as hold a solid base knowledge of corporation tax.
