Overview
Berry Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Customer Support Representative to work for our prestigious client in the Lichfield, Staffordshire area. This is a permanent role. Duties will include:- Delivering excellent customer service to customer and upholding the company Customer Service Values and Standards at all times. Answering product and service questions and offering alternative solutions via the telephone, emails and social media. Keeping revenue loss to a minimum by recording account and reporting information accurately. Open and Maintain customer accounts by recording account information accurately and within timescale. Maximise the recovery of unpaid accounts created via payment notices. Resolve any product or service enquiries and complaints in a timely manner. Recommend potential products and services to management by collecting information and analysing customer needs. Ensure KPIs and service levels are met. Essential Skills:- Excellent proven Customer Service skills. Previous experience in Word, Excel and Databases Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Excellent telephone manner when dealing with customers. Ability to meet departmental deadlines. Work well as part of a team as well as being able to self-motivate with the ability to multi-task and manage own workload. A flexible approach and a willingness to learn. Salary circa, £21k per annum Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week between the hours of 8.30am to 5pm. You will be required to be flexible to provide additional shift cover as and when necessary to meet the needs of the business.
