Overview

Sugarman Health and WellBeing is Currently recruiting for a recruitment resourcer to join our team based in Leeds. If you are looking to get into recruitment or alternatively looking for a fresh new position this a great opportunity to join a really good team which is expanding due to current success. Previous experience will be desired however not essential as full training will be provided. Responsibilities ? Maintaining a pipeline of tested, assessed, referenced, and motivated workers. Ensuring compliance with any relevant laws, operating standards, and client contractual requirements. ? Handling all recruitment administration, advertising, reference checks, and first sign-off of compliant candidates. ? Interviewing all prospective candidates, telephone screening, and completing compliance checks. ? Reporting any blockages in the candidate pipeline in a timely fashion. ? Maintaining appropriate filing and retrieval systems. ? Liaising with the training team to ensure a clear transition from compliance to training. ? Maintaining the system, ensuring it is up to date and accurate in relation to candidate information. ? Maintaining administrative systems to ensure accuracy of records and effective safe keeping of information. ? Liaising with the branch team to devise, advertise, implement, and drive a recruitment strategy. ? Assisting with resolving first line mobile work queries competently and comprehensively. Any matters that cannot be resolved by you will be escalated to your line manager or relevant support function. ? Supporting day to day operations and delivering targeted sign-offs on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis as per set targets. ? Supporting with branch administration tasks as required. ? Supporting in the effective operation of the on-call rota. ? Working in a manner which is consistent with the company values, policies and procedures. Health, Safety, and Compliance ? You will ensure you are fully compliant with the company policies and procedures, ensuring minimum audit scores are exceeded. ? It is expected you will work within both internal and external compliance systems. ? You are expected to maintain a working knowledge of relevant legislation, including CQC, Safeguarding, and DBS checks. ? Escalations for business, operational, managerial, legal, and strategic requirements are made by you in a timely manner to line management or relevant reporting bodies, inline with company procedure. Personal Specification ? A strong team player and able to work collaboratively. ? Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. ? Customer focused, professional, and able to present yourself in a manner that best represents the business. ? Can undertake and maintain productivity in repetitive tasks ? Able to multitask, prioritise a demanding workload, and work towards and within deadlines. ? A good planner with strong organisational skills. ? Innovative and able to think of effective recruitment solutions. ? Awareness of safe practises within the sector, demonstrating a willingness to gain a fuller understanding of the sector where necessary. ? Competent in IT packages that are relevant to the role - Microsoft Office/Google Chrome packages.
