Senior Field Service Engineer – Printers and Copiers Stoke Up to £28,000 Car/Car Allowance Bonus I am currently recruiting for a Print Solutions Company based in Stoke who are looking for a Senior Field Service Engineer. They are looking for an experienced candidate who can come and join their existing team. They require someone who has existing knowledge and experience of working with a wide variety of machines but with a real focus of Ricoh and Sharp products. Does this sound like a role for you? If so, get in touch with Mark Clark on or send in your CV to [1] The role: I need an experienced engineer, based in Stoke or the surrounding area. You will expected to have both excellent technical servicing skills on high level printers and copiers as well as having strong interpersonal skills – this company have a real and genuine focus on delivering a first class service to all of their customers and are very aware that the service engineers are the front line representatives of the their company. Your ability to be both presentable at all times as well as being able to communicate effectively is a necessity. You will be working on a wide variety of machines but you must have experience in dealing with Ricoh and Sharp machines. Experience and skills required: - Servicing and fault finding experience on a wide range printer and copiers - Minimum 2 years experience on Ricoh and Sharp machines is essential - IT Literate - Ability to work on your own initiative - Full UK Driving licence In return: You will receive a competitive basic salary of up to £28,000, a company car (car allowance is also an option) and also be able to earn a very generous bonus for any sales leads that you generate when speaking to customers (upgrades, extra machines etc.).
