Support workers needed - flexible shifts - weekly pay - free DBS Your new company Hays Social care are currently recruiting professional care/support workers across Cambridgeshire and Lincolnshire. We have partnered with some of the leading care providers within the region and are looking for desired passionate people to join us in supporting them. We are working with services who provide care to users suffering with learning disabilities, mental health issues and many more complex issues. This job will give you the tools to choose the best shifts that suit you and your home life. Your new role As a support worker you will be focusing on delivering quality care and support to young adults in vulnerable situations. You will be following procedures of the home and carrying out care plans. As a support worker you will be creating a positive environment and building lasting relationships in order to maximise outcomes. You will be focusing on providing emotional and physical support to service users in need. What you'll need to succeed In order to be considered for this role you MUST have worked in a care setting for at least 6 months within the last 2 year period. You must be warm, caring and resilient. You must have a good understanding of CQC regulations as well as an extensive knowledge of standard procedures and policies. A subscription to the DBS update service is preferred as we can you immediate starts - but not essential.
