An innovative IT Service/Support provider based in Bristol is looking for an IT Service Desk Manager to join their team ASAP to ensure customer satisfaction and Service Desk Support levels remain high They need someone with a technical background (IT Support) who has several years' experience undertaking a Service Desk Manager role, that is personable, energetic and has a passion for managing processes and internal teams. Main duties and responsibilities Continuing successful Service delivery and SLA based success of the team Ensuring the excellent Customer Satisfaction levels are maintained.
