German Speaking Customer Service Co-ordinator (Return merchandise authorization) Maternity Cover (9months) Sunbury-on-Thames Up to £24K benefits travel allowance Kerr Recruitment is operating on behalf of our client, an international company, is seeking to appoint a German speaking RMA Co-ordinator. The successful candidate will be responsible for queries coming via telephone, emails. Working hours: Monday to Thursday 8am to 5pm, 8am to 3pm on Friday. Main Duties and Responsibilities Receive RMA queries from all EMEA customers; respond to their requirements in an efficient and timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction. Deal with RMA Replacement requests from distributors, resellers and end users. Requests should be passed to the Technical Support team when applicable. Provide regular and timely updates to customers about their pending RMA cases while checking the status of the delivery, back orders and credit notes. Follow company procedures to manage logistical issues. Follow up on returns which show discrepancies with the original request and aim towards a satisfactory resolution of the case Participate in regular hands-on product training to increase product knowledge. Regularly review and update email templates used in the CRM system. Perform other work-related duties as assigned. Ideal Candidate Would Have Must be fluent in English and German Fluent in French or Polish as well as other European languages would be a plus. The candidate should be customer focused, have excellent communication and organisational skills. 1-year experience of dealing with customers on the phone and in email in an administrative/office-based role would be ideal. Some interest in gaming would be a plus Ability to prioritise their own workload, be able to co-operate with others in a close team environment, be numerate and be able to use independent judgement.
