Overview

Pertemps are recruiting for a transport clerk our client is a busy logistics depot in Thatcham who requires a nightshift transport clerk for their expanding teams. The role will be covering maternity cover of 3 months, with the potential option to extend and go from a temporary basis to a full time role. A shift pattern will be put into place covering 5 Nights, with a premium paid for weekend working. £10.50 Monday to Friday, £11.50 Saturday, £12.50 Sunday Duties will include: -Signing in and out of agency staff - Monitoring Driving performance - Note taking - Filing - Liaise with Team Managers on a nightly basis - Concluding Night Shift Reports - Photocopying - Using in house Systems - Building positive relationships with the temps and the Client Benefits include: - On site canteen - Friendly environment - On site free parking - On the job training The ideal candidate will hold the following skills and experiences: - Administrative Experience - Moderate use of Microsoft Word, Excel - Ability to follow instruction - Excellent Communication Skills - Outgoing Personality
