Overview

We're looking for a candidate to this position in an exciting company. The NRS Chief Executive Officer and the Accountable Officer have established an Audit and Risk Committee to support them in their responsibilities for management of risk, control and governance and associated assurance. In this context Non-Executive Directors have an advisory function and are there to provide advice, support and constructive challenge. A person specification has been drawn up to explain the skills and experience Non-Executive Directors will be expected to demonstrate and which will form the basis of the recruitment process.
