Overview

Our client is a dynamic and highly service orientated Multi Family Investment Office. They offer investment and portfolio management services to a small number of ultra-high net worth clients and with expansion, are seeking like-minded, ambitious people to join them. The successful candidate will be meticulous and detailed oriented ensuring that errors in trade allocations, portfolios and accounts are spotted and corrected. This position is to support the Investment and Portfolio teams and duties will include: Investment Team support Trade processing, confirmation and reconciliation. Optimising the utilisation of Galilei’s portfolio management and reporting system AM-One/Exeprsoft/Dubris. MiFIR transaction reporting. Client and investment report preparation. Liaison with custodian banks and brokers. Liaison with AM-One and Dubirs to ensure correct reflection of transferred position and trades. Trade breaks and exceptions resolution with Dubris and Custodian banks. MiFIR transaction reporting - help prepare MiFIR transaction reports and submit reports to UnaVista. Liaising with Funds and ETF providers and verifying share classes, jurisdiction and legal structure. Assistance with fund subscriptions. Administrative support: Client on-boarding and account opening. Office Management - assist with administrative functions. Ideally the successful candidate will have experience with Expersoft/AM-One (portfolio management and reporting system) and Dubris (outsourced back office services). As a proportion of clients are Israeli, fluency in Hebrew would be added value but it is not a requirement.
