Overview

The Customer Service Advisor will be responsible for making outbound calls, to current customers clarifying their previous orders and invoices along with general administration tasks. Client Details Our client, based in Wilmslow. Is a people focused organisation within the Property and Housing industry that aims to provide support and care to children, elderly and help for education and carers. Description General Duties for the Customer Service Advisor: Support with customers with incoming/outgoing call and or Complete email and telephone queries from providers, giving required information and support. Data entry/maintenance of our internal CRM/Elysium system Complete on-boarding process of our Provider network onto our internal systems Prepare internal document to be emailed to our Client Employees to assist with receiving a reimbursement for their own care provision. Liaise with internal stakeholders to accomplish an end objective Meet minimum levels of performance service levels Maintain a high-level of customer satisfaction Work as part of the overall team to participate and deliver team and individual goals Ad-hoc administrative duties as required Profile The Sucessful Customer Service Advisor will have/ be: GCSE or equivalent level education Previous experience within administration Able to work to targets, whilst prioritising workload to ensure the demands of the business are met Outstanding written and verbal communication skills Exceptional organisational and time management skills Ability to work closely with other team members and departments autonomously Proficient in basic Microsoft office applications, (Outlook, Word & Excel at a minimum) Ability and willingness to learn and gain proficiency in new software systems Job Offer Immediate start £10 ph Great Company
