Our clients provides child care services and the successful Customer Service Advisor will be responsible for responding to queries from parents regarding the services that they offer. Client Details Our client, based in Wilmslow, is a market leading childcare provider with sites nationally. Due to business growth, they are looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join their fun call centre and customer services team Description The successful Customer Service Advisor candidate will be responsible for: Being the first point of contact for customer enquiries Booking customer viewing and appointments Following up on customer interest Advising about the different services on offer Keeping customers up to date with services changes Profile The successful candidate will be/have: A friendly demeanour with a can-do attitude A genuine customer centric approach Great communication skills Job Offer Salary £9.00 - £10.00 per hour Great working environment Monday - Friday
