Overview
An established PLC is looking for a standalone HR Advisor to be based in the Kingston area, Surrey / Middlesex borders (commutable from parts of West London and Berkshire). The successful candidate will work closely with Directors, co-ordinate with the Group HR team and be responsible for the full HR delivery across two sites, close to each other. This is a part-time role offering either 3 full days per week or 24 hours per week. In order to be suitable for this position you must have proven experience in an HR Officer, HR Advisor, HR Co-ordinator or similar role. It is essential to have proven HR Generalist experience covering ER, contracts, recruitment, annual bonus review through to TUPEs and redundancies. Any previous experience providing HR across a Group structure will be highly desirable, but is not essential. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established business and may well suit someone with plenty of experience but looking for reduced hours. This Part-time standalone HR Manager role is paying up to £45,000 pro-rata plus benefits including 25 days holiday, pension, private healthcare and bonus.
