Page Personnel are working with a client based in Wakefield who are seeking a Recruitment Advisor to join their HR function. This is a great opportunity for an agency recruiter looking for an internal move and will focus on attracting talent for roles ranging from apprentices to software developers. Successful applicants will have experience recruiting technical positions along with a strong track record of sourcing candidates from a range of techniques. Client Details Our client is a forward-thinking organisation based in Wakefield who are seeking a Recruitment Advisor to join their HR function. The role will sit within their lean and agile HR team which will allow plenty of autonomy and development. Description In a fast-paced and varied Recruitment Advisor position based in Wakefield, roles and responsibilities will include: Creating accurate and attractive job descriptions and posting on a variety of platforms Build resource pools in specific markets Take accountability for the registration process by sourcing and screening candidates to assess qualifications, skills and previous employment to enable the best possible assignment selection Formatting candidate CV's in an efficient and timely manner whilst demonstrating impeccable attention to detail Handle incoming telephone calls, arrange candidate appointments and guide candidates through the interview process Act as an ambassador for the business - creating an excellent first impression over the phone and face-to-face Profile Extensive and proven recruiting experience within Tech (Software Dev, Dev Ops, Infrastructure, Data Engineers) Some experience of working in a Recruitment function with a wider HR Team Proven previous recruitment experience in a fast paced/agile environment Proven experience of using a variety recruitment jobs boards (Linkedin Recruiter, Indeed, Jobsite etc) Ability to build good working relationships with a range of internal stakeholders, including senior members of staff Job Offer £25,000 - £30,000 Bonus Free parking Healthcare cash plan Development opportunities
