Construction Recruitment Consultant Permanent Up to £28K basic (dependent on exp) bonus benefits Commission and OTE high Private Healthcare 25 days holiday stats Wakefield Central location Close to transport networks THE CLIENT: This is an independent construction recruitment consultancy with their office based in Wakefield. There is a team of 11 recruitment consultants in place currently managing business in and around the Yorkshire area, covering temporary, contract and permanent business. They are looking to expand their business through a key individual tasked with adding value to their permanent construction division. THE ROLE: Joining the team, you will be responsible for an area within the permanent market where there is some existing business to work on. You will be tasked with: ·Developing business via the telephone. ·Creating long term business relationships. ·Attending client premises to assess roles. ·Attracting, interviewing and assessing applicants. ·Managing the full recruitment cycle. REQUIRED EXPERIENCE: Experience within the permanent recruitment market (any sector) is essential. You will be well presented, able to communicate at all levels and have the drive and tenacity to succeed in a sales environment.
