You will develop a clear picture of currently available and potential information sources and data streams to contribute to better operational decision making on how Hermes attracts, manages and utilises an applicant through the full end to end recruitment process for our self-employed couriers. You will manage the analysis, reporting and insights specifically for self-employed couriers and local contractor solutions. They will be an integral part of the recruitment team that enables the wider Field Operations team to satisfy our resourcing requirements. You will be accountable for: Developing and delivering BI dashboards and generate analytics based on insight from complex datasets to inform strategic planning and decision making for the Courier Recruitment team Analyse and interpret data to measure the longevity of Couriers by region and courier type Using insight gained from Courier recruitment, create Courier personas and map y geographical area in the UK including what the ideal Courier in each area looks like to support effective targeted recruitment campaigns Owning all elements of Courier resourcing reporting and presenting this to a diverse audience Proactive creation of insightful reports and trends to support network stability and compliance Interpreting numerical and statistical data and qualitative information to highlight need for actions by area, providing insight and making appropriate recommendations to improve courier resourcing solutions Recognising “one size doesn’t fit all”, using a combination of internal and external data, and internal insight to contribute to the design of innovative recruitment solutions to satisfy specific needs Create and communicate daily/weekly/monthly recruitment performance activity reports to stakeholders in the Courier network which provide meaningful insight into recruitment activity Measure and monitor recruitment outcomes from applicant to engagement to support the Recruitment Management team in managing suppliers, developing campaigns and identifying the most effective attraction solutions Develop and maintain daily reports in Microsoft Excel to provide meaningful information to internal stakeholders which will drive purpose and urgency within resourcing activity Identify, analyse and interpret trends and patterns in data and find conclusions, proactively advise stakeholders on required actions to create stability in the network Contribute to the development of the Courier Value Proposition and resource forecasting models Producing, owning & managing a Courier recruitment peak tracker to communicate weekly regional recruitment targets and monitor KPI’s Acting as the subject matter expert in the Hermes Courier recruitment platform. Supporting systems which will involve helping increase knowledge & skills through the business. Ensuring the field operations teams have timely access to required information Perform on going monitoring and refinement of reports, ensuring they are fit for purpose and optimise the productivity of the field team To be successful you will be highly analytical and have exceptional attention to detail. You will have experience of managing high-volume data, facts and figures and creating reports and insights. Not only will you be able to analyse data, but you will be able to interpretive demographic data and extract meaningful insights and communicate findings clearly to the wider business. Further skills/qualifications Excellent IT Skills in all Microsoft Packages, comfortable in handling data in all its formats – raw CSV, Excel, database extract Experience of interpreting financial and statistical information Working knowledge of content management system(s) is advantageous as is an understanding of SEO best practice and copy writing Essential to possess a good working knowledge of Google analytics and Facebook management information or similar tools Advanced Excel, including VBA, Macros and advanced formulas Understanding of full MS office suite Working knowledge of relational databases If you love working with data and want to make a difference to our Courier recruitment team then apply today.
