Overview

We are recruiting on behalf of a National Recruitment agency who work within the medical/care/nursing industry. They're a fantastic bunch, and they're seeking an experienced Branch Manager to join their team. You'll be managing a team of 2 Consultants so naturally you'll be training, mentoring and managing them day to day. You'll also be active in developing new business for the Branch via cold calling, networking and client visits. Managing the existing relationships with clients is also key, as will be improving the service for your clients. Managing vacancies, sourcing, interviewing and placing candidates will still be part of your role - we're looking for someone who enjoys being hands on as well as leading a team. Responsible for all compliance within the branch, ensuring all temps have completely all of the necessary paperwork/checks Collating and generating reports to share with your Regional Manager. Thinking outside of the box in order to grow your brand awareness, and essentially drive the revenue within the branch. This role also requires you and your team to share the on-call rota. An evening per week, and one in 3/4 weekends (which you'll be paid for). Requirements Experience you'll need
