Corporate Finance Consultant Do you want to work in a high-impact exciting position? Have you got experience in a corporate finance role? If so, this role could be really fulfilling and lead to many other opportunities. We are currently working with a globally recognised LSE listed internet service provider who are looking for a bold and commercially orientated Corporate finance specialist to join on an initial interim basis. The role will primarily support with M&A activity in addition to defining high level commercial strategy. Required Experience to include: Mergers & Acquisition experience Experience heandling stakeholders Valuation experience Worked in a corporate finance environment Full preparation and understand of financial due diligence Advanced Excel Project Management skills
