Overview
Job Specification As the appointed in-house legal counsel for employment matters you will work closely with the HRD of the business as well as another employment legal advisor on a variety of matters including: Providing legal advice to a variety of senior HR colleagues and senior leadership teams Dealing with Employment Tribunal matters Providing advice on complex TUPE transfers, redundancies and restructuring programmes Assisting local HR teams and support in case management of complex employment matters Candidate Requirements The ideal legal counsel will have: Post qualification employment law experience gained at a major UK law firm 4PQE or similar with some flexibility on this point In-house experience desired, but not a must Salary and Benefits On offer for the legal counsel: Competitive salary, with bonus and benefits Very consistent hours Apply Now If you are interested in this Employment Legal Advisor position at a leading company, please get in contact with your CV as soon as possible.
