THE ROLE For a non-contentious construction lawyer to join a team which handles a large amount of work acting for developers, private and corporate, contractors and professional consultants. Additionally they are acting for an increasing number of lenders on development financings of around the £5m - £20m size. You will currently be working at a medium to larger firm dealing with project developments on behalf of developers, concessionaires, local authorities, contractors, specialist suppliers and professional consultants. ABOUT YOU Ideally you will have a grounding in property and property finance although this is not as vital as knowing how to put construction documentation together, talking to members of the industry practically and working with them in a collaborative manner to put projects together as swiftly as possible.
