Job Title: Property Paralegal Location: Central London Salary: £32,000 Our client, a well-established, leading London law firm, are looking for a property paralegal to join their prestigious commercial real estate team. This is an exciting opportunity to join a renowned firm with a high profile clientele, where you will be given real autonomy and responsibility dealing with a portfolio of retail, office and other properties. It is essential that you can prepare SDLT forms and registrations, manage your own file administration, manage multiple files and meet deadlines and are able to understand complex title structures. You will also be assisting on sales and purchases of high value residential property. This is a very busy role and so it is essential that you are adaptable, quick thinking and excellent at working under pressure in time constrained conditions. You must have previous experience in property although this can be in either commercial real estate or residential conveyancing.
