Overview

My client, a top tier investment bank, is looking to hire a structured finance lawyer into their lending team with experience of CMBS/public markets debt to work on structured finance lending transactions as well as the securitisation and repackaging of commercial real estate and warehouse loans. This is an exciting and varied on-desk role with plenty of scope to develop within a busy and growing team. The successful candidate will be working with the core underwriting team on warehouse lending and secured financing transactions including preparing of term sheets, review of financing documents and ensuring loan signing and closing. You will have at least 2 PQE from a top tier law firm or financial services organisation.
