Overview
Our client, a top 100 City law firm, is currently seeking a corporate solicitor to assist them for a period of 6 to 12 months, ideally due to start ASAP. You will be working on domestic and cross-border transactions for clients predominately in the technology and fintech space. The firms corporate team are ranked highly in the legal directories and you will have the opportunity to work closely with leading partners in the corporate space. You will also have the opportunity to manage client relationships and take carriage of matters. The ideal corporate lawyer will have at least 4 PQE gained from a leading City practice which is recognised for its corporate practice.
