Overview
Sue Ross Legal are recruiting on behalf of a well-established firm of Solicitors based in East Nottinghamshire. We are looking for applications from Commercial Property Fee Earners who have at least 2 years) experience running a caseload from start to finish (this is just a guide and candidates with more or less experience may also be considered. You will be joining a friendly team and will be responsible for handling a full caseload of Commercial Property files including; - Sales and purchases of commercial property - Lease renewals and extensions - Mortgage advice - Assignment of leases To be considered for this role you do not necessarily need to be a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive, it is essential, however, that you have experience of running a full caseload from start to finish. You should be passionate about providing the highest standard of customer care and have the ability to communicate with clients at all levels.
