Overview
US law firm seeks Corporate lawyer on three month fixed term contract basis. The Corporate team of this US law firm provides advice to a range of clients which include private equity funds, financial institutions, corporates as well as investors across a diverse sector base. Work is varied and will include M&A, Private Equity, Public Takeovers, Joint Ventures, Corporate Restructurings and Capital Markets. The firm seeks to recruit a corporate lawyer with upwards of three years' PQE. Candidates should have experience gained at a US, International or recognised City practice and should have extensive knowledge and experience in M&A, PE and JV transactions. This role will be offered on an initial three month fixed term contract; applicants should be immediately available or at short notice.
