Overview

An international law firm is looking to hire an Associate into their corporate team in London. You will get to work for corporate clients across the energy, fmcg, retail and financial services industries on a range of corporate matters. This will focus on private M&A transactions with some exposure to private equity matters as well. You will have a minimum of 1 year post qualification corporate experience after admission as a solicitor in either England & Wales, Scotland, Ireland or another common law jurisdiction such as New Zealand or Australia.
