Overview
A leading civil litigation practice in the heart of Liverpool city centre has an exciting opportunity for an experienced fee earner (paralegal or litigation executive) to join the rapidly expanding department dealing with an array of civil litigation & professional negligence matters with a focus on housing claims. As a housing paralegal, you will be joining a large supportive team where you'll be working alongside experienced fee earners managing your own caseload of files. Your caseload will consist of an array of litigated and pre-litigated files including housing claims (including house disrepair and cavity wall claims) and some financial claims (missold mortgages, SIIPS & missold pensions etc). You will be joining a friendly and modern office environment where you'll be given all the tools you need to reach your full potential. Training on housing claims can be provided, but it is essential that you have previous fee earning experience ideally dealing with litigated & part 7 matters.
