The salary on offer is highly competitive and negotiable dependent on experience along with an extensive benefits package. I am working with a leading International firm of Solicitors who are looking for a Corporate Associate Solicitor to join their high-performing team to work on complex and often cross-border Corporate transactions to include mergers and acquisitions, corporate government, corporate finance, securities, re-financing, public and private listings and other associated matters. Applications are invited from Corporate Solicitors with at least 2 years PQE who have a solid background within Corporate and who is looking to further develop their career. You should have trained at a leading International, City or US firm and have strong academics. This is a fantastic opportunity for a junior Corporate Solicitor to join a leading Top 50 firm dealing with some the best Corporate work on offer. As a junior Solicitor in the team you will have the opportunity to manage some of your own smaller matters whilst working as part of a larger team on more complex matters.
