Overview
Litigation Solicitor is required by this top 50 UK law firm to join its Manchester office dealing with a mix of commercial litigation and professional indemnity work. Role Overview In joining this firm as a litigation solicitor you will be working in a department that deals with a wide variety of dispute work. The commercial litigation undertaken includes contractual and tort claims, shareholder/company disputes and urgent injunctions. Professional indemnity work undertaken is for a wide variety of professionals, technology sector clients and construction work. On joining the team you would handle a mixed caseload of this work with an appropriate level of supervision for your experience already gained. There will be involvement with High Court litigation as well as mediation and adjudication. Candidate Profile The firm is seeking a litigation solicitor who can demonstrate: Prior experienced in professional indemnity or commercial litigation work at a recognised practice. Able to work as part of a team Qualified solicitor with 0-4 years PQE (as a guide but other PQE levels will be considered) Commercial approach Good academic record What's on offer?
